IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR USING THE POOL? 

No, access to the pool is included in the rental pricing for all Sun Villas guests. 

IS THE POOL HEATED?

No, the pool is not heated. However, this is unnecessary for most months of the year. 

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH FROM THE CONDO?

The beach is immediately in front of the condo, which means less than a 60 second walk.  

ACCESSING THE CONDO

Sun Villas does not have an elevator and it is important to note that the condo is on the 3rd floor. 

WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?

• Starter paper products (a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels)

• Dish soap and hand soap

• Dishwasher tabs

• Laundry detergent 

• Garbage bags 

• Coffee filters

• Bath towels and bed linens (we do not provide beach towels, so you'll need to bring your own or buy some while you're here)

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROVIDED IN THE KITCHEN?

We have a well stocked kitchen for those who prefer to cook meals at home: 

• Crockpot

• Various Pots and Pans

• Blender

• Kitchen Utensils & Silverware 

• Plenty of dishes, bowls, coffee cups, glasses & wine glasses

IS SUN VILLAS PET FRIENDLY?

Unfortunately Sun Villas is not pet friendly. You may see pets on the property as owners are permitted to have pets. However, our HOA prohibits guests from having pets during their stay.
